Friday tomorrow and I hope you have had an awesome week.
 
just read something on instagram that made me smile... one of my friends is having the same habit as I do..
Every evening before I fall asleep I thing through the day and remind myself about at least 3 things that the day has given me that I feel a bit extra thankful for.
 
This way I always fall asleep with a smile on my face.
