Find your why.
And go from there.

If you don’t have a why, it will be really tough to motivate you to do something that is challenging or something you not really want to do.

Many people come to me and want my help... which makes me happy, cause I want to help. 
My first question is always: Why.

Why do you want my help?
What do you need help with?
But most important: why do you want help with it?

If you don’t know why you are doing things... (train for example or eat better..) it’s really hard to defend and argue TO keep doing it the days you really don’t feel like it. 

To have a clear WHY, definitely helps.
To have goals. To aim for something. 

It is hard to break habits.
It is tough and challenging to change and create new behaviors. 

Don’t make it harder than it already is.
FIND your why and I promise the motivation will be there.
